About This Role
Abbott Supply Chain Specialist in Singapore supports customer service operations, manages inventory reconciliation and 3PL logistics, ensures compliance with corporate policies, and provides training to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain/Customer Service function and resolve inquiries related to Customer Service.
- Serve as primary link between company, service provider (3PL), and customers.
- Coordinate logistics including inventory control, consignment stock count reconciliations, and PO processing.
- Manage 3PL warehouse operations to meet KPI standards for inbound, outbound, delivery, and billing.
- Assist sales department in product launch, discontinuation, backorders, and quality hold.
- Perform consignment stock count at hospitals to highlight discrepancies and address them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business with 1-2 years experience.
- Experience working in a medical devices MNC is advantageous.
- Expertise in Spreadsheets, Advanced Excel Pivot, and Macro.
- Proficient knowledge of product and catheterization laboratory processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong record-keeping abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complaints professionally.
