Requirements

• Source CoE - Transformation Program Manager Description - Job Summary: The Source Center of Excellence is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with knowledge and experience managing Source to Pay Transformation programs to join the team.
• The Transformation Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Transformation programs impacting the Sourcing/Procurement organization.
• This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and managing multiple interdependencies across workstreams, functions and geographies.
• Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Execution Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations.
• Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability.
• Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.
• Strategic Alignment Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans.
