About the role
The Development Engineer (Vision Inspection) will design and develop vision systems for product verification, perform AI‑based image quality analysis, set up and validate machine vision inspection systems, optimize performance, and troubleshoot sensor, camera, or optical issues. The role requires familiarity with computer vision, optical configurations, and hands‑on experience with OpenCV, C/C++, and Python.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop vision systems for product verification.
- Perform image quality analysis using AI‑based segmentation and classification techniques.
- Set up machine vision inspection systems and validate AI inspection results.
- Analyze and optimize inspection system performance by improving data quality and inspection parameters.
- Troubleshoot and debug sensor, camera, or optical‑related issues in inspection systems.
Requirements
- Familiarity with computer vision and optical system configurations.
- Hands‑on experience with OpenCV or other computer vision software libraries.
- Knowledge of machine vision and deep learning techniques.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis.
- Programming experience in C/C++ and Python.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
