Responsibilities
- Own design, execution, and performance of Dell Technologies' local direct marketing program across the customer and prospect lifecycle.
- Drive demand generation, brand presence, and sales pipeline contribution through flagship events to executive roundtables.
- Manage local publisher and media partnerships to amplify Dell's reach in Singapore.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to sales leadership, delivering an integrated program aligned with commercial priorities.
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality execution, efficient spend, and strong accountability.
- Own Singapore's marketing performance reporting to provide data-driven visibility of program health and business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of field marketing experience in the technology industry, with a strong emphasis on event planning and execution.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, publishers, and external partners from briefing through delivery.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior sales leaders as a peer marketing partner.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience tracking marketing ROI, pipeline influence, and budget performance.
- Established relationships within Singapore's technology media and publisher landscape.
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies' global campaign frameworks, tools, or equivalent experience with a major technology vendor's direct marketing ecosystem.
