About This Role
Develop, optimize, and sustain Test Equipment & Process capability to meet operational goals at GlobalFoundries in Singapore. This role involves process control, testing, and defect analysis within a semiconductor foundry setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop/implement process control, improvement, testing, and inspection methods.
- Design and install sophisticated testing equipment; perform product testing/analysis.
- Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues and corrective action implementation.
- Perform activities safely, supporting all EHS&S requirements.
- Collaborate on other projects/assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years of test engineering experience (semiconductor wafer fabrication preferred).
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, oral, written).
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
