About This Role
GlobalFoundries seeks a Process Engineer in Singapore to sustain and improve semiconductor processes, focusing on quality, cost, and productivity targets within Fab Operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze SPC charts (including Cp/Cpk) using specialized software.
- Review ESPC charts and analyze data from split lots/DOE using JMP/Klarity ACE.
- Create SPC charts and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
- Manage PCRB processes, including qual plans and CR closure.
- Startup and qualify new processes/equipment timelines.
- Lead improvement projects to reduce OOC and enhance CPK.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Microelectronics Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant semiconductor wafer process engineering experience.
- Proven problem identification and resolution skills.
- Ability to perform Normal/Swing Shift work.
