WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH Vector is Bain's digital delivery platform, encompassing our AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) and Enterprise Technology capabilities. These teams drive Bain's work across generative AI, digital transformation, and innovation. As part of the regional Vector Talent & Operations team, you'll support a growing group of professionals spanning product management, design, analytics, and engineering who work within technically focused guilds. Bain is making significant investments in this area, with ambitious growth plans over the next three years. WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM In this role, you'll work closely with the Regional Talent Lead, guild leadership, commercial leadership, and the broader program management team to support approximately 30β40 delivery team members across two guilds. The role plays a critical part in staffing, performance management, reporting, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the Vector platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO Delivery Team Staffing Develop a strong understanding of the Bain case process and how Expert and delivery team members contribute to client results Staff a group of approximately 30β40 professionals in a timely and thoughtful manner, balancing individual development goals with client needs and firm priorities Partner closely with Bain Partners, Managers, and practice leadership on staffing decisions through proactive, collaborative discussions Manage clear and consistent communication of staffing decisions Ensure staffing processes, policies, and communications are transparent, understood, and applied fairly Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing databases Program & Guild Management Build one-on-one relationships with delivery team members, providing coaching and guidance on career development, goals, and interests Monitor case assignments to ensure exposure to a diverse mix of projects and experiences Manage professional development processes, including case-end and consensus reviews, ensuring high-quality feedback and clear messaging Support consensus reviewers in determining appropriate performance ratings within assigned guilds Partner with guild leaders to support regular guild meetings and training sessions Employee Experience Collaborate with AIS and guild leadership, Recruiting, and HR to onboard and integrate new hires Partner with other staffing managers to monitor eNPS and WWES results and help shape related initiatives Maintain a pulse on the regional and local case team experience through CTSUs and CLSUs, escalating and addressing areas of concern Work with HR Business Partners and guild leaders to ensure delivery team members feel supported and connected to office culture Talent Strategy Support the Vector Regional Talent Lead in developing and executing talent strategy initiatives Continuously improve regional staffing processes and contribute to global staffing initiatives Collaborate with staffing managers globally, as needed ABOUT YOU 5+ years of professional experience; consulting experience preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Experience in staffing, HR, or professional development is a plus Strong customer service mindset with meticulous attention to detail and organization Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-action environment High emotional intelligence with a calm, flexible, and collaborative approach Proven ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint This role follows a hybrid working model
