Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding across diverse aviation MRO roles
- Build active talent pipelines for critical roles via proactive sourcing across multiple channels
- Partner with department heads and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies

Requirements
- LinkedIn) Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant discipline At least 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment / talent acquisition Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles Strong knowledge of employment legislation, MOM regulations, TAFEP fair hiring guidelines and hiring landscape in Singapore Exposure to overseas/technical hiring in a complex/regulated environment (aviation, engineering, MRO) is an advantage Strong stakeholder management; collaboration and influencing skills is critical for this role High ownership and accountability, positive learner, and ability to work in a face-paced environment Resourceful, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient with ATS (e.g.
- SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools is an advantage Familiarity with workforce analytics (e.g.
