Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, negotiate, and secure property deals for SIA
- Manage the company's global real estate portfolio (owned and leased)
- Provide crucial support in property transactions including leasing and purchasing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate
- Relevant working experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Exposure in the regional real estate market is an advantage
- Knowledge of valuation principles and cash flow modelling are essential
- Ability to communicate and write well
- Good aptitude for figures, analytical and resourcefulness
