Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive commercial and contract governance for strategic vendor alignment and cost-out opportunities.
- Lead Enterprise Quality Engineering to improve release confidence, speed, and control.
- Set and steward the Group CIO organisation's forward agenda and integrated technology direction.
- Translate direction into executable portfolio roadmaps and master scheduling.
- Define and uphold integrated portfolio and governance processes.
- Build and develop high-performing teams across portfolio, execution, and governance.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Business and/or Technology.
- Extensive leadership experience delivering large, multi-year technology programs.
- Strong understanding of technology strategy, delivery, and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in commercial and contract governance.
- Experience in Enterprise Quality Engineering and AI-enabled delivery practices.
