About the role
SC Ventures, the innovation arm of Standard Chartered Bank, seeks a Content, Digital and Growth Marketing Lead to support the venture platform and portfolio companies. The role involves creating digital content, managing social media (especially LinkedIn), driving performance analytics, optimizing marketing tools (CRM, automation), executing event marketing, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt high quality digital content for SC Ventures platform (social posts, copy, campaign assets, emails, basic visuals, videos) with stakeholder input
- Manage LinkedIn strategy including organic posts and paid campaigns; own content calendars and publishing cadence
- Track and analyze performance across campaigns, channels and ventures; build dashboards on key metrics; generate actionable insights
- Support CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot); ensure proper tracking, tagging and attribution
- Support end-to-end marketing for flagship events including pre-event materials, live coverage, on-site execution, post-event content
- Manage and update SC Ventures website content; coordinate internal communications and newsletter delivery
Requirements
- Digital, Social & Content Marketing experience
- Creation of high performing content across multiple formats
- Managing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google
- Basic video and content editing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain consistency across stakeholders
- Exposure to agency and fast-paced environments (e.g., start-ups) is a plus
