Key Responsibilities
- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships and cross-sell SME Banking products.
- Achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive cross-product sales and referrals.
- Respond to customer queries within 2 business days.
- Maintain appropriate professional conduct and work ethic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SME/Business Banking experience, focused on acquiring small business clients.
- Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance/Business management.
- Proven ability to achieve quarterly sales and NSR targets.
- Strong client relationship skills and service excellence.
- High standards of ethics, risk awareness, and compliance.
- Familiarity with customer due diligence, working capital financing, mortgage financing, and credit underwriting.
