Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships and cross-sell SME Banking products.
  • Achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive cross-product sales and referrals.
  • Respond to customer queries within 2 business days.
  • Maintain appropriate professional conduct and work ethic.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SME/Business Banking experience, focused on acquiring small business clients.
  • Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance/Business management.
  • Proven ability to achieve quarterly sales and NSR targets.
  • Strong client relationship skills and service excellence.
  • High standards of ethics, risk awareness, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with customer due diligence, working capital financing, mortgage financing, and credit underwriting.
