This role supports the product strategy and execution for Singapore Airlines' ecommerce platforms, focusing on AI-enhanced experiences and customer journeys. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver digital product solutions for web and mobile platforms while ensuring compliance with global data and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ecommerce product roadmap development and feature prioritization based on business impact and customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and vendors to deliver product solutions
  • Contribute to AI-enhanced features including personalization, agentic commerce, and intelligent search
  • Work with UI/UX on user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
  • Write and groom user stories, managing UAT and production releases
  • Monitor KPIs and leverage analytics and experimentation platforms for data-driven decisions
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws (PDPA, GDPR), payment security standards (PCI-DSS), and website accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Monitor web/app performance and customer feedback while coordinating issue resolution
  • Support stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and secure integrations with booking, loyalty, and payment systems

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in ecommerce, digital product management, or AI/ML product roles
  • A degree in any discipline
  • Exposure to or interest in AI, machine learning, Large Language Models (LLM)-powered products, or NLP
  • Understanding of ecommerce trends and digital product development
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience or interest in genAI, chatbots, or AI-powered customer experiences
  • Familiarity with API basics and web/app integration concepts
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and continuous optimization
  • Exposure to analytics tools such as GA4 or Splunk
  • Interest in SEO/AEO optimization, structured data, and accessibility
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • PSPO certification is considered a plus
