Lead marketing role responsible for driving client engagement, acquisition and growth across SME and Affluent segments for Standard Chartered Bank, shaping segment‑led strategy, delivering integrated marketing programs and measuring performance globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as global marketing lead for SME Banking, Priority and Priority Private segments across regions
- Translate business priorities into actionable marketing strategies and plans
- Design, deliver and optimise client engagement and acquisition initiatives across physical, virtual and digital channels
- Build strong partnerships with business, regional, market and agency stakeholders
- Develop frameworks, tools and best practices as a centre‑of‑excellence for segment marketing
- Articulate and demonstrate marketing performance, ROI and business impact
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Marketing and/or Communications
- 10+ years of strategic marketing experience in Tier 1 companies
- Experience operating across multiple Asian markets
- Proven track record in large‑scale brand or complex organisation marketing
- Experience marketing to U/VHNW segments and financial services/wealth management/SME banking
- Strong strategic, creative and planning capabilities
