Associate Director, Group Web – Web Strategist at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. Leads web management, content strategy and campaign execution for the corporate website (sc.com) within a hybrid working model, collaborating with corporate communications, banking divisions and digital marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply content strategy, user research and interaction design to create clear user journeys aligned with the bank's strategy
- Develop new web pages and optimise existing ones for clarity, engagement and purpose
- Collaborate with Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth & Retail Banking and Global Private Bank to create and maintain website material
- Translate key campaigns into engaging web content
- Act as liaison between Group Web product teams and digital marketing teams
- Support financial results reporting, including publishing the Annual Report on the web
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web management, campaign management, project management, content strategy or content design
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder communications
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices, SEO, data and analytics, and digital communications
- Experience in a highly‑regulated environment or corporate communications is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across banking divisions
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, governance and operational risk in a digital context
