About the role
The Manager, Wealth Client Engagement is responsible for leading client relationship strategies and engagement initiatives within a wealth management framework. The role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, overseeing onboarding processes, and coordinating with financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of client engagement programs
- Manage and mentor a team of client engagement specialists
- Partner with wealth advisors to identify opportunities for service enhancement
- Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process for wealth management services
- Analyze client feedback and engagement data to drive continuous improvement
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction
- Coordinate client events and educational workshops
- Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or client relationship management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment services
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Relevant certifications such as CFP or ChFC are preferred
- Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
