Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale change programs (ERP/MES/BPI) in complex environments.
- Ensure enterprise IT systems adhere to quality and risk management standards.
- Drive integration and enablement for change delivery projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing operations
- Proven track record leading large-scale change programs (ERP/MES/BPI) in complex environments
- Strong expertise in SAP and/or other enterprise manufacturing systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and global teams
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process-improvement tools
