Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global pricing strategies for semiconductor equipment and service offerings
  • Lead cross-border pricing initiatives to optimize revenue and margin across regions
  • Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts and managers
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing with business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing decisions
  • Negotiate complex international contracts and pricing agreements
  • Establish pricing governance and approval processes
  • Present pricing recommendations to executive leadership and key customers
  • Monitor pricing performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing tools and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial roles within the semiconductor or high-tech industry
  • Proven track record of leading pricing strategy in a global organization
  • Experience with cross-border trade and international business operations
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and pricing tools (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, SQL)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
  • Experience working with semiconductor equipment or capital goods preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and negotiation principles
  • Experience with P&L management and revenue optimization
