Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global pricing strategies for semiconductor equipment and service offerings
- Lead cross-border pricing initiatives to optimize revenue and margin across regions
- Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts and managers
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing with business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing decisions
- Negotiate complex international contracts and pricing agreements
- Establish pricing governance and approval processes
- Present pricing recommendations to executive leadership and key customers
- Monitor pricing performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial roles within the semiconductor or high-tech industry
- Proven track record of leading pricing strategy in a global organization
- Experience with cross-border trade and international business operations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and pricing tools (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, SQL)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience working with semiconductor equipment or capital goods preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
- Strong understanding of contract terms and negotiation principles
- Experience with P&L management and revenue optimization
