About the role
The Strategic Supplier Relationship Manager will lead high-level partnerships with critical technology vendors and foundries in the semiconductor space. This role focuses on driving supply chain resilience, cost optimization, and strategic alignment between supplier capabilities and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationship management for a portfolio of critical semiconductor material and service suppliers
- Develop and execute complex negotiation strategies for long-term supply agreements and pricing frameworks
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage supplier performance scorecards
- Partner with R&D and Engineering teams to align supplier technology roadmaps with future product requirements
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including geopolitical factors, capacity constraints, and single-source dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs across the supply base
- Manage executive-level escalations regarding supplier quality, delivery, or commercial disputes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance and budgetary alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a technical Engineering field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier management within the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Proven expertise in negotiating complex, multi-year contracts with international vendors
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems, including foundry and OSAT models
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, for supply chain modules
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and present data-driven business cases
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling and value engineering
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural environment
- Certification in Supply Management (CPSM) or Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to visit supplier sites
- Strong track record of delivering significant cost savings and performance improvements
