The Strategic Supplier Relationship Manager oversees critical supplier partnerships across Singapore and Malaysia within the semiconductor sector. The role focuses on driving supplier performance, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring supply chain resilience to support advanced manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional supplier strategies aligned with global procurement objectives
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage supplier performance against key metrics including quality, cost, and delivery
- Negotiate complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and pricing structures for critical components and services
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive business continuity planning and alternative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to drive supplier development and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze market trends and intelligence to optimize sourcing decisions and regional cost competitiveness
- Manage end-to-end supplier life cycles from initial onboarding and qualification to performance phase-out
- Ensure supplier compliance with corporate sustainability, EHS standards, and ethical sourcing policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier management within a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar supplier accounts in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex commercial contracts and legal terms
- Deep understanding of the regional supplier landscape in Singapore and Malaysia
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, for supply chain and procurement modules
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel regionally to visit supplier sites and manufacturing plants
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards such as ISO 9001
