About the role
This is a 2-year contract role for a Finance Systems Product Owner responsible for leading digital initiatives and roadmaps. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Finance business users and IT teams to implement and support SAP S4 HANA FI and CO modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Finance systems, ensuring alignment between Finance process needs and system capabilities
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify, define, and document business needs, user requirements, and system enhancements
- Lead business process reviews and formulate use cases with business users
- Manage the end-to-end delivery for new projects and enhancements including requirements gathering and functional design
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for smooth delivery and achievement of business KPIs
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring business requirements are met
- Drive change management, communications, and post-implementation reviews
- Provide operational support for Finance systems by guiding users on system usage, authorisation, and administration
- Manage incident resolution and periodic system tasks
- Support audits and compliance reviews of Finance IT applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Technology, or ERP system implementation
- Prior hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA FI & CO modules
- Strong understanding of core Finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders
- Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder management is an advantage
- Exposure to tools such as SharePoint and Tableau will be beneficial
- Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
