Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track digital channel performance and health
- Analyze user interaction data on web platforms and customer portals to identify improvement areas
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for digital marketing initiatives
- Perform data cleaning and validation across multiple sources to ensure reporting integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tracking requirements and data definitions
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic digital growth and user experience
- Support the maintenance of analytics tracking tags and digital data infrastructure
- Prepare and present analytical findings to stakeholders using clear data visualizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence capacity
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical data into business insights
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
