About the role
The Digital Currencies Payment Specialist will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital currency solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and commercialize products that align with the bank's strategic goals. The role requires extensive payments experience, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and payment architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively drive, design and develop end to end product lifecycle across ideation, specification, build and launch.
- Ensure product features and requirements are clearly defined and articulated to engineering and testing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, testing, design, risk, legal, and compliance.
- Manage timing and flow of technology requirements across different disciplines for delivery of integrated solutions.
- Act as central co-ordination point to unblock cross-functional issues and deliver on product roadmap.
- Define and articulate product vision aligned with business goals and translate strategic priorities into roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of payments related experience in payments product management.
- Good understanding of cash management, treasury, and experience working across European, American, and Middle East markets.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and facilitation experience.
- Strong experience working collaboratively and independently.
- Proactive and independent in developing solutions.
- Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
