Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Site Leadership Team to deliver production plan and budget.
- Lead budget planning and capacity analysis.
- Own the rolling 12-week end-to-end schedule.
- Maintain planning master data and ensure site planning systems are current.
- Develop and govern the site Continuous Improvement plan.
- Lead site Technical Learning and build capability through Six Sigma, Lean, and project management.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Site Leadership Team, site functions, Product teams, and external stakeholders.
- Lead, support, coach, and develop the MF&CI Team.
- Advance PGS Transformation strategies.
- Ensure correct supply strategy for customer and stakeholder needs.
- Ensure supply chain systems and processes align with PGS standards.
- Ensure adherence to data integrity, SAP integration, and visible production planning.
