This 15-month Career Progression Program (CCP) offers a distinguished talent development initiative for fresh graduates or mid-career professionals interested in advanced biopharmaceuticals manufacturing within Pfizer's Singapore operations. The program provides comprehensive training to cultivate skilled professionals for the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Manufacturing / Operating Instructions and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the process control system recipe/models.
- Investigate, report, and troubleshoot findings on quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing, cleaning, or batch record review.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust preventive measures for processing issues.
- Proactively monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
- Communicate process updates regularly to plant personnel.
- Train process technicians and fellow process engineers on processes and procedures as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering) or Degree in Science with Major in Chemistry.
- Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
