Pfizer Singapore is hiring an Operations Engineer for their manufacturing site in Tuas. This role supports end-to-end API manufacturing, ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS regulations. Responsibilities include process monitoring, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and supporting validation activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support plant operations in end-to-end manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally on safety, quality, and operational investigations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation enhancement.
- Maintain safety and GMP compliance on the shop floor.
- Execute production and maintenance intervention activities.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities for processing issues and deviations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people or processes.
- Laboratory experience required (testing, data reviewing, or supporting activities).
- Basic functional and technical knowledge of the discipline.
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and oral communication.
