Key Responsibilities
- Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and SOPs
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality and EHS related issues
- Develop and implement preventive measures for processing issues
- Monitor and implement improvements in processes and equipment
- Train process technicians and coach junior engineers
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical) or Science (Major in Chemistry)
- 2-3 years in relevant manufacturing environment (API)
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience in Pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in project administration/cost control/management
- Strong technical, management, and organizational skills
