Lead, manage, and train Waferfab Operators and Technicians to meet production targets. Optimize WIP management, allocate manpower, and plan training. Identify and resolve line-related issues, ensure safety and data integrity, and drive quality/productivity improvement projects.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Highly driven, motivated, resourceful.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
