Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams and assess/mitigate risks
- Monitor program execution using schedule tracking and reporting
- Communicate project status to internal stakeholders
- Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously and interface with executive leadership
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, materials management, or related fields
- Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of production control, forecasting, and project management processes
