Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Liaise with customers to qualify equipment and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and execute action plans to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implement improvements to hardware, software, and service processes.
- Prepare detailed service reports.
- Support special assignments and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant field service engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, final assembly, or testing of semiconductor capital equipment.
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving techniques (Fish Bone, Kepner Tregoe, 8D).
- Awareness of safety protocols related to toxic or flammable gases and acids.
