Key Responsibilities

  • The development and execution of the People Services Transformation Roadmap in ASM, supporting process harmonization, system optimization, and service delivery improvements across the regions working alongside other Data, Process, System team members.
  • You collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in people's operations.
  • This is an individual contributor position with overseers on People Services region leads across US, Europe, and Asia.
