About the role
The Priority Banking Apprentice program is a 12‑month hybrid apprenticeship in Singapore, offering two six‑month rotations across on‑shore priority frontline support, segment proposition, and central analytics teams. It targets recent Polytechnic Diploma graduates with less than two years experience, providing structured training, mentorship, and exposure to wealth and retail banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Priority Relationship Managers with sales support, portfolio and client management, and compliance/operational risk tasks
- Assist the Segment Proposition team in developing and enhancing value propositions for personal and affluent client segments
- Contribute to the On‑shore Central team by preparing management reports, performing performance analytics, and coordinating operational activities
- Participate in two six‑month rotations covering different functional areas to gain broad banking experience
- Engage in structured training, mentorship, and professional development workshops throughout the programme
Requirements
- Graduates from any Polytechnic Diploma discipline with less than 2 years of work experience
- Permanent legal right to work in Singapore
- Strong interest in banking and finance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and personal accountability
- Sense of ownership, adaptability and teamwork
