Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyse existing B2B Sales and Servicing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation
- Develop a strategic roadmap for GenAI integration across the B2B customer journey
- Design and implement reimagined workflows leveraging Generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and Data Science teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Lead process automation initiatives using GenAI to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of GenAI implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in business transformation, process optimization, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer service operations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Knowledge of GenAI platforms and their business applications
- Experience with workflow automation tools and systems integration
