Key Responsibilities
- Own RLC-Asia Order Process and Delivery activities from order validation through fulfillment
- Manage order holds, backorders, allocation constraints, and delivery issues
- Establish and monitor order fulfillment KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Transportation teams
- Act as escalation point for customer delivery issues
- Communicate delivery commitments, changes, and risks clearly
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent
- Typically 6+ years relevant experience in Order Management or Customer Fulfillment
- Knowledge of global shipping, incoterms, and trade compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, regional, matrix environments
