Manager responsible for shaping future leadership and workforce capabilities across the MESAAT region, driving talent management, succession planning, learning initiatives, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support regional talent management and succession planning initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines and build a future-ready workforce across the MESAAT Region.
- Facilitate Talent Council discussions and provide talent insights, succession analysis, and leadership pipeline updates to support strategic workforce and leadership decisions.
- Coordinate and execute key regional talent programs, including Leadership Programs, the Global Management Associate Program (GMAP), and Overseas Young Talent Pipeline initiatives aimed at accelerating leadership and capability development.
- Partner closely with BU Heads and HR teams to identify high-potential employees and support the development of tailored development plans and career pathways.
- Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and RED360 feedback processes.
- Support and coordinate mobility initiatives, including overseas postings, cross-border assignments, and short-term developmental opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of talent lifecycle management, succession planning, competency frameworks, leadership development, and workforce capability building practices.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse cultures and business settings.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented individual with strong organisational and coordination capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the MESAAT region for business trips.
