About the role
The Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and planning support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, system support, office administration, event coordination, and budget support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders and team
- Manage and upkeep senior leaders' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Arrange and coordinate transport for off-site meetings and official engagements
- Manage travel arrangements including flight bookings, visa applications, and hotel arrangements
- Process claims, expense reimbursements, purchase requisitions, and invoice payments
- Support staff with system access, procurement processes, and troubleshooting administrative tools
Requirements
- GCE 'O' or 'A' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Relevant experience in administrative, secretarial, or office management role
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (advantage)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
