- Requirements/ Skills** · Possess at least Diploma (preferably in operations, sea transport or related discipline) · Possess minimum 3 years of experience with strong operations knowledge · Have a strong passion in training · Possess good planning and organising skills · Good in communications, interpersonal and facilitation skills · Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams · Self-motivated individual with strong drive for results · Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment · Open to explore and learn new software/ technologies to meet work requirements · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel)
