About the role
This role manages Group Health, Safety, and Security (GHSS) across global business units, focusing on organizational safety culture and performance. The candidate will drive safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Management to create change in organisational culture to improve HSS performance
- Drive/ Support/ Implement safety programs
- Review and propose HSS related policies and procedures
- Review hazard identification and risk assessment relating to operational activities/ processes
- Assist/ Support Incident reviews
- Share safety learnings
- Part of Audit Team to carry out safety audits/ assessments at global business units
- Review and support development of HSS technical standards
- Assist in organising safety related events/ activities/ campaigns
- Collate and analyse regional and global safety performance date for management reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or HSS equivalent qualifications will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of OHSAS18001/ISO45001 is an advantage
- Prior HSS management experience is an advantage
- Past regional or global exposure is an advantage
- Traveling is required, estimated 3-5 times a year, between one to two weeks per trip
