This Associate position at Jurong Port involves managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), overseeing contract compliance, and providing project management support for port operations. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, tracking contractor performance, and utilizing data analysis to support business initiatives and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews of SOP adherence and ensure processes are aligned with established guidelines and requirements for MPT Pillar
- Monitor and assess compliance with approved SOPs, and work with stakeholders to address gaps and implement corrective actions
- Track and measure contractors performances in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions
- Maintain register of SOPs and Contracts and tracking their expiry to ensure timely renewal
- Prepare project costings, milestones proposal and timeline mapping using Gantt charts
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and proactively escalate issues where necessary
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and follow up on action items
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to gather inputs, consolidate requirements, and ensure alignment
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and project implementation as well as formulating proposals for solutioning
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies with 5 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, Meticulous and attention to details
- Proactive and comfortable in posing questions and receiving constructive feedback
- Critical thinking to effectively analyze information and contribute to problem solving
- Maintain flexibility to support new initiatives and evolving business priorities
