Key Responsibilities
- Operation scheduling: Planning and executing customers instructions on vessels operation, inter tank transfers, inter terminal transfers etc.
- Ensure that tasks or instructions from the customers are verified before sending to Ops team.
- Initiate order creation, documentation process and final closing in TMS.
- Prioritise activities to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Vessel scheduling: Coordinate vessel nomination and vetting for customers.
- Planning for vessels movement efficiently without delays.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- Preferably with oil movement knowledge and experience.
- Possess excellent communication, planning and coordinating skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to be on standby.
