Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, label and store stock items according to specific locations
- Issue spares accurately based on approved requests
- Ensure effective and efficient use of warehouse space
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Update all stock movements accurately in the inventory system
- Maintain proper documentation for receiving, issuing, and returns
Requirements
- Certificate-level or equivalent qualifications in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management
- Possession of a Singapore Class 3 Driving License is an advantage
- Valid forklift license with experience operating forklifts in a store or warehouse environment
- Technical knowledge of spare parts is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
