About the role
The GFS Deputy Manager/Manager oversees business and IT support for global financial and procurement processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role involves bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, managing system enhancements, and providing high-level support across the global PSA Group organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Play a significant role in connecting and bridging between the business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Perform analysis on the business enhancements and propose solutions within the given global template
- Perform and/ or supervise changes to the system in accordance to the proposed solution
- Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud) to propose innovative improvement solutions and processes
- Recommend and implement improvements through effective stakeholders' management and communications
- Support business-users in their daily business and provide 2nd/ 3rd level support to key-users
- Handle system change requests, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing changes
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of the procurement system
- Act as project manager for internal Oracle Fusion Cloud rollout projects as part of PSA Franchise value cascade
Requirements
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, iProcurement), including configuration and customization
- At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement
- Good knowledge in Procurement functional processes
- Experience in Financials modules will be an advantage
- Experience in Inventory management and Order management will be an advantage
- Good understanding of Oracle cloud-based technologies and architecture (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS): OIC, SFTP, ATP database and REST services
- Experienced in supporting Oracle Fusion regionally or globally
- High-level appreciation of end-to-end application support and familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with users, managers, and vendors
- Understanding and applying change management
- Good analysis skills to understand business requirements and design system solutions
- Good vendor contract management skill to manage a group of contract programmers for technical work
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules
- Able and willing to travel globally occasionally
