About the role
The Deputy Manager for Enterprise Risk Management oversees the identification and mitigation of corporate and divisional risks to ensure operational resilience. The role involves developing business continuity strategies, managing crisis response exercises, and serving as a secretariat for risk management meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Review the Company's Corporate Risks so that 'keep awake' risks are identified and managed
- Review the Company's Division Risks so that risks encountered during course of daily operations are identified and managed
- Assess risks in projects undertaken by the Company over the course of project life cycle
- Ensure the Company's activities are supported by comprehensive business continuity strategy, which enables recovery from incidents
- Develop Crisis Management Flowcharts and conduct business continuity exercise
- Review ERM and BCM policies to ensure relevance
- Perform Risk Management Meeting (RMM) Secretariat role which include managing meeting invitations, drafting of minutes
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Financial / Economics / Quantitative Financial / Engineer
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Risk management and/ or Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and Emergency Planning
- Relevant knowledge / professional certificate in Enterprise Risk Management (ISO31000) or Business Continuity Management (ISO22301/SS540) preferred
- Certification in business continuity management (eg. CBCP, MBCI, ABCP) will be an advantage
- Familiar with engagement of internal and external agencies i.e. MPA and MHA on BCP, CM and EP related issues
