Requirements

- The role centers on III-V epitaxial growth process development (MOCVD) combined with wafer fabrication, supporting both R&D and high-volume production.
- The candidate will play a key role in process optimization, yield improvement, and new product introduction (NPI).
- Key Responsibilities Lead the development, optimization, and qualification of III-V epitaxial growth processes (primarily MOCVD) for various device structures to meet R&D and production requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of process quality such as: uniformity, defect density, and reproducibility.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design structure to manufacturable process flow.
- Collaborate closely with international teams on process development, troubleshooting, and technology transfer.
