About This Role
Lenovo seeks an Operation Mgmt Specialist in Singapore to provide 24/7 operational support for Windows Server environments across on-premises and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Responsibilities span cloud operations, patching, application support, and ITIL service management.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Windows Server in on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
- Manage cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP services (EC2, VMs, Storage, etc.).
- Perform comprehensive OS patching for Windows Server using various management tools.
- Resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM platforms following ITIL processes.
- Execute security remediations, vulnerability management, and maintain compliance baselines.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, CLIs) and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- Min. 4 years hands-on Wintel administration experience.
- Min. 2 years cloud experience supporting Windows workloads.
- Strong understanding of OS patching and patch management tools.
- Experience with ITIL practices and ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to work shifts for 24/7 operational support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
