About This Role
Lenovo seeks a Level 2 Cloud Engineer in Singapore to provide operational support for Windows and Linux workloads hosted on AWS. This role involves day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure connectivity in a regulated enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 operational support for Windows/Linux OS and core platform services.
- Support AWS workloads including EC2, EBS, S3, and monitoring via CloudWatch/SSM.
- Manage network ingress/egress flows using VPCs, security groups, and load balancers.
- Perform security hardening, compliance checks (CIS), and vulnerability remediation.
- Execute OS patching and automation using PowerShell/Bash scripting.
- Document processes, maintain runbooks, and support operational handover.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on OS support (Windows/Linux).
- 2+ years supporting workloads on AWS.
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions.
- Operational knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, SSM, CloudWatch).
- Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, routing, security groups).
- Scripting ability in PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience in enterprise/regulated environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident triage skills.
