Shape Dyson's retail evolution as Global Retail Product Owner, designing and optimizing omnichannel user journeys across stores, digital platforms, and CRM. This role drives product development from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner globally to analyze journeys and inform product decisions
- Define, refine, and prioritize requirements for omnichannel enhancements
- Contribute to building Dyson's clienteling foundations
- Cultivate strong business partnerships with global stakeholders
- Champion customer-centric thinking to elevate the retail experience
- Ensure solutions are embraced and translate into exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Interest in retail frontline realities and solution design
- Highly organized, delivery-focused, and proactive
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Degree in Business preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing product workstreams (discovery to delivery)
- Understanding of retail/omnichannel behaviors (CRM/digital knowledge a plus)
