Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact BI analytics for Dyson's Revenue team in Singapore. This role translates business needs into measurable roadmaps and delivers scalable insights using BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio of BI/analytics initiatives, owning delivery plans and risks.
- Drive requirements discovery into clear problem statements and roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain Tableau/PowerBI dashboards and insight packs.
- Establish and improve team processes using project management methodologies.
- Own project planning and delivery governance in Jira.
- Maintain BI documentation on Confluence.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI.
- SQL and Python preferred for advanced analysis.
- Proven project/program management capability.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Commercial acumen and outcome focus.
- Ability to lead without authority.
- Process-oriented with a proactive approach to governance.
