About the role
The Group HR Organisational Development Intern supports the OD team by designing training materials, researching leadership content, and assisting with the planning and execution of workshops and team‑building events. The role also provides general HR and administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and create training materials used in workshops pertaining to leadership development, culture, and learning
- Conduct online research in the leadership space for applicability to workshop development and curate relevant ideas and write‑ups for leadership workshop enhancement
- Plan and assist in the running of OD events as well as end‑to‑end logistics for OD workshops and other teambuilding events
- Assist in other HR and administrative functions, as and when assigned
