About This Role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join the client events and digital experience team in Singapore. The role involves planning and executing multi-channel events, managing marketing campaigns, and leveraging technology to enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute physical, hybrid, and virtual events including conferences and webinars.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors while ensuring high-quality experiences.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and AV support.
  • Develop integrated marketing materials (social media, videos, etc.) across multiple channels for the event lifecycle.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to track performance and report on campaign data.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with strong event-planning exposure.
  • Experience using CRM and event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate market insights into relevant marketing activities.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate performance data and identify improvements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
